Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping within the Contiguous United States for a low flat rate. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. An email confirmation with carrier and tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.

Packaging Supplies

For packing material, we primarily use shredded paper that is both recyclable and compostable. To reduce waste, we occasionally re-use shipping boxes, bubble wrap, and styrofoam packing peanuts that we save whenever we receive supply shipments. We encourage you to re-use packing material whenever possible.

Returns

Please email us at nate@nathanleebitters.com to inquire about returns. We may ask you to provide information about your order before we authorize a return.

Bar supplies may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.

Bitters are considered a food product, and therefore not eligible for returns.

If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
