1 1/2 oz. brandy or Cognac

1/4 oz. Cointreau

1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice

1/4 tsp. (full dropper) Nathan Lee Aromatic Bitters

lemon twist

Maraschino cherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake liquid ingredients with ice and stain into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a cherry.
